Our company-owned and -operated late model, dependable trucks are all equipped with air ride suspension, providing the smoothest possible ride to ensure that your product is delivered to the customer’s site undamaged.   An extensive range of vehicle sizes allows us to pair the proper vehicle with order size and logistical limitations, such as narrow residential streets and urban deliveries.  Our experienced drivers carry Nextel walkie-talkies, are familiar with the tri-state area roads, carry Garmin navigation devices, and are constantly monitored by internet-based GPS tracking software.  These are just some of the ways that we guarantee our on-time and efficient delivery.

30-Day Free Storage

Is your client’s home under construction?  Is your showroom filled with samples and customer orders?  Is the manufacturer forcing an early delivery?  Booth In-Home Delivery customers receive the first 30 days of storage and insurance free of charge.  This gives you and your customers flexibility to modify delivery spreads and ensure your ideal delivery date and time.  This is just another way that Booth makes your delivery process stress-free and efficient.

About Us

Booth Movers, Ltd. was established in the early 1940s by William Booth, a prominent figure in the moving business throughout Hudson and Bergen Counties, New Jersey. The business flourished through the fifties and sixties and in 1978, Douglas Padla took charge of the company. Booth In-Home Delivery Service was launched in 1990.

Mr. Padla has developed Booth Movers into one of North Jersey’s most respected moving companies; today it is a diversified operation offering local and long distance moving, storage, product and furniture distribution, and cabinet delivery services. We are licensed by the New Jersey Board of Public Movers and Warehousemen, are affiliated with Atlas Van Lines, and have I.C.C. rights for the United States.

Mr. Padla remains very active in the moving and storage industry and has served as both President and Chairman of the Board of the New Jersey Warehousemen and Movers Association and the NJ Movers Tariff Bureau.
